General

Euphorbia Heterodoxa.

Alveloz. N. O. Euphorbiacae. A soft resin, insoluble in alcohol or water. Trituration.

Clinical

Cancer.

Characteristics

The resin has been used allopathically as an external application in cases of cancer, and has produced the most terrible pains. Conversely in homoeopathic attenuations it has been found to alleviate the burning pains of cancer, which is the keynote for its employment. Compare Euphorbium.
