► Constant muttering to himself. θ Typhus. ► Inclined to talk, laugh and be merry. ► Undecided, shunning labor, but after beginning, works well.

► Drawing pain in left temple while sitting, ceasing when walking and standing. ► Needle-like stitches in left temple while sitting, ceasing when standing. ► Violent tearing in occiput. θ Typhus. ► Pressure, with heaviness, in lower part of occiput.

► Head falls now to left, now to right side.

► Aversion to light ; stinging-burning in eyes.

► Drawing pain in external ear.

► Nosebleed ; left side.

► Hot and red. ► Pimples on cheeks, alae nasi and corners of mouth.

► Upper lip cracked.

► Feel dull ; set on edge, as from acids, when chewing food.

► Taste : bitter, before eating ; sour, saltish, especially of butter and meat. ► White spots on the tongue amongst the red. ► Tongue : coated white, cleans off in patches, leaving dark-red, tender, very sensitive spots ; mapped tongue.

► Sour water accumulates in the mouth. ► Accumulation of saliva in mouth, with sensation as if larynx was pressed shut.

► During and after swallowing food, aching across clavicles, of left side of neck into her ear ; gullet feels too small for the food.

► Eructations bitter ; hiccough. ► Eructations for several days, returning after drinking. ► Belching, gagging, nausea at night. θ Ague. ► Nausea : with headache, anxiety ; and vomiting, after fat food.

► Liver enlarged, indurated. ► Pain in region of spleen. θ Ague.

► Motions in abdomen, as if bubbles were forming and bursting. ► Hysterical tympany ; eructations after drinking ; bubbles of wind burst in abdomen, etc. ► Abdomen puffed. θ Jaundice. ► Stitching pains, especially in the sides.

► Ineffectual urging, with much pressing ; scanty, hard stool. θ Ague. ► Stool difficult, even if not hard. θ Ague. ► Voluptuous itching in perineum, compelling scratching.

► Frequent, profuse and pale urine.

► Shooting upward and spreading over pubic region each time after urinating ; epididymitis.

► Suppressed menses.

► Stitches in chest. ► Boring, digging in chest. ► Twitching in right intercostal muscles.

► Tearing from ear down to neck. ► Rolling and gurgling in right scapula. ► Pressing stitches along spine, mostly in sacrum, with dyspnoea.

► Twitching in muscles of arms. ► Numbness in left arm, side of head and ear. ► Pressive pain in right middle, ring and little finger. ► Hands hot. ► Finger-tips icy-cold.

► Stitching pain in left thigh. ► Pressive pain in left calf. ► Jerking pain in right calf, ceases quickly when touched. ► Tearing pains only in lower limbs, worse during rest. θ Typhus. ► Burning in knees, legs, toes. ► Drawing pain in dorsum of right foot, when standing ; ceases when sitting. ► Severe, or fine stitching pains in right sole.

► Can move limbs, but they feel as if bound or powerless. ► Limbs painful to touch and to improper position.

► Exhausted, inclined to sit or lie down ; semi-conscious. ► Debility, loss of appetite, profuse sweat every night ; thirst ; restless sleep.

► Yawning, sleepy when sitting. ► At night on waking, heat, mostly of face and hands. ► Sleep disturbed by : dreams ; sweat.

► 8 P.M. : 40. Night : 16, 36, 37, 40.

► Chilliness all over ; at night, with sweat and gastric ailments. ► Chill, after food or drink. ► Chill in open air. ► Nose and hands cold at 8 P.M. ; when he falls asleep, sweat breaks out, mostly on head. ► Long-lasting chill ; copious sweat ; pain in spleen. ► Copious, debilitating night-sweats, causing biting on skin. ► Sweat, mostly with thirst.

► Right : 4, 26, 28, 31, 32, 33. Left : 3, 4, 7, 13, 18, 32, 33, 40.

► Neuralgia and rheumatism after typhus.

► Touch : 33, 34. Scratching : 20.

► Pimply, sycotic skin. ► Stinging in skin.
