► Forgetful. ► Not in least anxious in midst of physical suffering from threatened suffocation. ► Good-humored. ► Irritable and chilly ; also during menses.

► Vertigo, limbs heavy. ► Head feels too large.

► Rush of blood worse about temples. ► Pressure into forehead and root of nose when stooping. ► Frontal headache over eyes and root of nose ; also when he exerts himself. ► Headache, worse over left eye ; aching over eyebrows, followed by nausea ; later over right eye and pressing in left occiput, worse in warm room, but continued in cold, damp air, in motion or sitting. ► Heavy pressure, in head from without inward, when walking in cold, damp air.

► Weakness of sight : dimness of cornea. ► Eyes sensitive to light, with stinging pain in eyeballs. ► Feeling as from sand in eyes. ► Smarting, burning in eyes.

► Sneezing, and ineffectual attempts. ► Watery coryza, right side, then left, more in open air. ► Dryness and obstruction in posterior nares, with discharge of thick mucus. ► Ozaena.

► Face red and hot. ► Exhausted look, blue under eyes, before menses.

► Pressure and drawing in roots of teeth.

► Taste of food remains ; especially that of bread. ► Slimy, bad taste in morning.

► Mouth and posterior nares dry, the later stopped up. ► Breath smells foul to herself, as from disordered stomach.

► Increased mucous secretion, no fever.

► Much thirst, mouth dry, also with heat in head. ► No desire to smoke.

► After bread : headache, pressure in stomach. ► Complaints from eating melons.

► Belching and diarrhoea. ► Nausea : on rising ; much rumbling ; after morning stool. ► Vomits slime ; old drunkards.

► Weak digestion ; stomach heavy like a stone ; fidgety ; cramps in soles, hoarseness.

► Heavy pain in right hypochondrium, toward the back, worse from deep breathing. ► Stitches in spleen ; stinging.

► Contracting colic passes through abdomen while standing ; soon after, desire for stool. ► Sore pain on a small place right side of abdomen. ► Flatulency ; costive ; gout. ► Sharp pain in left iliac region.

► Diarrhoea : from impure water : from water containing coal oil ; of brown mucus, worse morning ; worse from deranged stomach ; from cold, damp weather. ► Hemorrhoids, hot and painful. ► Burning redness, itching at anus and higher up the back.

► Dull aching : and hot sensation in left kidney ; in both kidneys, with frequent desire to urinate. ► Complete retention or urine after typhus. ► Urine : thick, turbid ; dark brown ; of strong smell. ► While urinating, pain in orifice of urethra.

► Yellow, nightly discharge from, urethra.

► Menses too early and profuse, dark, clotted ; irritable ; exhausted look before ; drawing pain in sacrum.

► Hoarseness. ► Smarting below larynx followed by cough, with mucous rattling.

► Asthma humidum ; loosens the phlegm. ► Painful respiration ; more difficult at night, must sit up in bed ; worse two or three hours every A.M. θ Asthma.

► Dry, hacking ; from tickling in larynx on left side of throat ; from smarting or scratching ; with pain in lungs, difficult breathing ; morning sputum, which is copious.

► Stitches through chest, pains in chest, pleuritic. ► Stinging pains after motion, also stinging-pressing in region of heart.

► Backache as from weakness ; worse sitting and leaning against something. ► Lower part of back ; as if beaten ; or, lame from walking or standing ; feels stiff.

► Heavy, lame feeling in upper arms ; numbness, worse forearm. ► Rheumatic, drawing pains in back of hands. ► Heat of palms of hands.

► Pains in hip-joints ; joints stiff, lame. ► Burning, stinging, tingling in feet. ► Pains swelling of feet. ► Heels ache after long standing. ► Cramps in soles.

► Dull, heavy feeling ; also with dizziness. ► Joints weak ; back lame.

► Foaming at mouth, free urination, spasms. ► Wants to lie down. ► Faintish weakness.

► Sleepy, worse afternoons. ► Coma. ► Sleepless in night, awakens 3 A.M. ; falls asleep again late in morning.

► Chilly in open air ; in evening ; chill goes upward. ► Hot and chilly at the same time.

► Every morning : 26.

► Skin feels relaxed, pliable. ► Itching on scalp, beard, genitals.

► Antidote to Zingib. : Nux vom.
